Thank you for visiting the website for the North Texas Tollway Authority’s Collections Service Center. North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) has partnered with Valor Intelligent Processing, LLC to collect unpaid tolls referred to Collections.

Why Did I Receive a Collections Letter?

You traveled on one of the North Texas Tollway Authority roadways without our system recognizing a valid TollTag. Additionally, three ZipCash Notices have been sent and have lapsed the payment due date. If you received a collections letter and have a TollTag account, it may mean your license plate has not been properly added to your account or the license plate information on the account is inaccurate or there may be something wrong with your TollTag account (such as, no funds on the account or an expired credit card).

What Happens If I Don't Pay?

Per Texas law, failure to pay tolls is against the law and results in assessment of additional fees. In addition, a registration block can be placed on the registered owner's vehicle, a ban for driving the roadways, and a possibility of issued citations.
